Kristi established Shackelford Solutions LLC to bring real-world customer service and safety solutions to community members, businesses, and places of worship in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. With over 15 years of experience in public safety, safety planning, safety training, and customer service, and trauma, she would love to meet you and provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
